We couldn't do what we do without the dedicated and passionate support of RDA People.

We're always looking for people to help and it could be you! We have different roles and positions available, and all training is provided. You don’t even need to like horses.

You could be a side walker, and work with the rider on their personal goals, or a leader, focused on keeping the horse focused and alert. Or perhaps you would prefer something behind the scenes. Whatever your needs, we want you!
